研究方向
主要科研工作圍繞核酸化學生物學開展工作,主要針對特殊二級結(jié)構(gòu)核酸(G-四鏈核酸、左手螺旋核酸Z-DNA)以及修飾核酸,進行結(jié)構(gòu)與功能研究;發(fā)展小分子探針策略,對核酸的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能進行調(diào)控;進一步拓展以特殊二級結(jié)構(gòu)核酸為靶標的創(chuàng)新藥物設(shè)計和調(diào)控工具系統(tǒng);重點解決傳統(tǒng)方向以外的新功能揭示以及創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用拓展。
