周翔,現(xiàn)任武漢大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子科學(xué)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師;現(xiàn)任武漢大學(xué)第三屆學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任。2021年11月,當(dāng)選中國科學(xué)院院士; 2022年5月, 當(dāng)選中國化學(xué)會(huì)分子醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)副主任委員;2022年7月,當(dāng)選2021年中國化學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)士。

研究方向
長期致力于核酸化學(xué)生物學(xué)的研究,主要研究方向?yàn)?小分子對核酸結(jié)構(gòu)的識別及其功能調(diào)控研究、基于核酸化學(xué)技術(shù)在疾病診療中的應(yīng)用。通過小分子對核酸結(jié)構(gòu)的識別和功能調(diào)控,開發(fā)核酸靶向藥物分子和重大疾病診斷技術(shù),取得了系統(tǒng)的、在國際上有影響力的創(chuàng)新性成果,推進(jìn)了核酸化學(xué)生物學(xué)研究發(fā)展。
