2004-2005     美國(guó)加州納米系統(tǒng)研究所(CNSI),研究方向?yàn)椋汉铣砂雽?dǎo)體納米線及其陣列結(jié)構(gòu),將半導(dǎo)體納米線制作為氣體傳感器件和場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管

2005-2006     美國(guó)馬里蘭大學(xué)(UMCP)物理系博士后,研究方向?yàn)椋嚎煽睾铣蒊I-VI 族半導(dǎo)體納米結(jié)構(gòu),研究納米結(jié)構(gòu)的自旋電子性質(zhì)(合作研究)
