武漢大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子科學(xué)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)家級(jí)青年人才項(xiàng)目入選者。長(zhǎng)期致力于不對(duì)稱催化領(lǐng)域研究,以協(xié)同催化為核心開發(fā)新型手性膦配體和高效不對(duì)稱催化體系展開研究工作,主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和省部級(jí)基金(含湖北省杰出青年項(xiàng)目)等多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目,以第一作者或通訊作者(含共同)在Acc. Chem. Res.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、Nat. Commun.、CCS Chem.、Fundam. Res.、Chem. Sci.、ACS Catal.等雜志上發(fā)表論文100余篇,多篇論文被JACS Spotlights、Synfacts、《有機(jī)化學(xué)》和Org. Chem. Highlights作為亮點(diǎn)工作評(píng)述,多篇論文被選為VIP文章和Hot paper。入選2017年度湖北省“楚天學(xué)者計(jì)劃”,2019年起任《Chin. Chem. Lett.》和《有機(jī)化學(xué)》青年編委會(huì)委員,2020年榮獲武漢大學(xué)本科優(yōu)秀教學(xué)業(yè)績(jī)獎(jiǎng),2020年榮獲武漢大學(xué)化學(xué)與分子科學(xué)學(xué)院第十屆青年教師教學(xué)競(jìng)賽一等獎(jiǎng),2022年獲湖北省杰出青年項(xiàng)目資助,2024年入選期刊Chin. J. Chem.的Emerging Investigators,并榮獲2024年第三季度“Wiley威立中國(guó)高貢獻(xiàn)作者”,2025年入選中國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)高級(jí)會(huì)員,2025年指導(dǎo)本科生湖北省第18屆大學(xué)生化學(xué)(化工)學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新成果報(bào)告會(huì)榮獲一等獎(jiǎng)。
